When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship out your order between 1-2 days after you place it.
However, many orders with standard shipping will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day. --Holidays not included.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us!
Please note, that it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is currently FREE for all orders. Shipping rates will be updated if and when that promotion changes.
Do you charge domestic sales tax?
Domestic sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to Arizona.
Shipping Internationally
We currently do not ship outside of the US. - We hope to change this soon!
Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, BigHeaded assumes no responsibility.
We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Return shipping is free of charge and on us, but we aren’t able to refund the shipping cost on the original order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bebigheaded.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
